Blue Snowflakes and Clear It Out Challenge #57

This week it’s a color challenge over at Clear It Out Challenge.

And you guessed right! BLUE is the color but that’s not all. We want you 

to use ribbon and/or twine from your stash of goodies!

I made a card using this cutie, Alannah, from StampArt! She 

is so cute and she comes with a bonus file!

 I used AC Jack Frost 6×6 Paper Pad, Navy Cardstock for base, AC Ribbon, 

PTI Twine, colored the image with COPICS, added a tiny bit of stickles

to the snow on fence railing, added white enamel dots, and finished it off with

Wink of Stella over a few areas.
