Champagne Kisses


Hi, and welcome to the New Year, everyone!I’m over on the Craftin Desert Divas Blog bringing you the CDD Daily today. I’m so excited for 2017 and all the possibilities that it brings to us. Craftin Desert Divas has some amazing things coming your way this year, and you will want to continue to follow along to stay up to date with new releases, monthly challenges, and more. 


Here’s a card I made for the New Year, and even though we are two days into it I wanted to share it with you. You could easily use this for a wedding or anniversary card by using the sentiment that comes with the stamp set, “Champagne Wishes.”  I added the “and Midnight Kisses” sentiment by printing it on white cardstock and then die-cutting.

These SVG outlines will make cutting out your Cheers stamped images so easy. You must have a program that opens this format in order to use this file. This file contains the outline of the stamped images ONLY.STAMPED IMAGES ARE SOLD SEPARATELY.

Across The Borders

CARD BASE:


5.5″x 5.5″ card base 



LAYERS:

  1. Using my Silhouette Cameo, I cut out the SVG Outline for Cheers Stamp Set

  2. Print “and Midnight Kisses” onto white cardstock or stamp using the Elegant Brush Script Stamps

  3. Stamp images using acrylic block or stamping tool and black ink

  4. Stamp dots using Across The Borders Stamps and gold ink


Die cut gold foil paper and white cardstock using 


Color with COPICS or another coloring medium

  1. I added touches of gold ink with a small paint brush to the Owl and champagne glasses

  2. Finish off by adding gold dots above champagne glasses with Gelly Roll Pen



ASSEMBLE:


  1. Layer gold foil paper onto black and white striped card base using 3D Mounting Foam

  2. Adhere white cardstock with stamped/printed sentiment onto gold foil paper

  3. Adhere Owl and Champagne Glasses with 3D Mounting Foam
