Here is what I made.
Using the Party Dies makes the card super easy! Just die-cut black cardstock using the mouse balloon and string, then die-cut pink and white polka dot paper using the bow, attach to balloon, die-cut black, white, and polka dot paper with Fancy Frame Dies and layer on card, stamp sentiment from Wish Upon A Star Stamp Set and layer everything on 4.25″ x 5.5″ card base.
